Dr.  Neil Mati  (MB ChB, CCFP)  is a Family Physician for 36 years with extensive experience in skin care and minor surgeries.  He has been performing infant circumcision for the last 25 years. 
A certified member in the College of Family Physicians of Canada & a member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario & the Ontario Medical Association since 1995  & a staff member in the Scarborough General Hospital since 1996. 

We perform circumcision up to 4 months of age
The younger is the baby, the more convenient for him.

Babies older than 8 weeks of age may need consultation appointment first to determine the type of procedure
and to review preparations to ensure efficient pain control
